Bulk Messages — Automation Reports
What This Does
The Automation Reports page shows a history of every automated WhatsApp message batch that has been triggered by your configured automations. Each row represents one automation run with full delivery statistics.
The Reports List
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Automation Name | Name of the automation that triggered the send |
| Task Name | The task type targeted (e.g. GSTR-1 Monthly) |
| Task Period | The period of the task (e.g. Apr 26) |
| Template Name | The WhatsApp template used |
| Total | Total number of contacts targeted |
| Pending | Messages not yet processed |
| Queued | Messages queued for sending |
| Sent | Successfully delivered messages |
| Failed | Messages that failed to send |
| Invalid | Invalid numbers |
| Date | Date and time the automation ran |
| Actions | View detailed report |
Viewing a Detailed Report
Click Actions (⋯) on any row to open the Message Sent Report for that automation run.
The report header shows:
- Automation Name
- Task Name
- Task Period
The report table shows a per-contact breakdown:

|---|---|
| Clients | Client name |
| Contact Person | Name of the contact person who received the message |
| Mobile Number | Mobile number the message was sent to |
| Status | Sent / Failed / Invalid |
| Sent Date | Exact date and time of delivery |
Click Back to return to the Automation Reports list.
