DSC Status
What this does
The DSC Status page gives you a centralised view of the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) details for all contact persons who have either a DSC Expiry Date or a DSC Password recorded. Use this page to track expired DSCs, identify DSCs expiring soon, and take action before they lapse.
Note: Only contact persons who have either a DSC Expiry Date or a DSC Password recorded are shown on this page. Contact persons without any DSC details are excluded.
Before You Start
- DSC details are entered when adding or editing a contact person. See Contact Person List for details.
- Viewing DSC passwords requires the appropriate permission. Users without this permission will see the message: "You do not have the right to view contact person details."
- The system automatically sends DSC expiry reminder emails to the registered email address every Thursday, covering both expired and soon-to-expire DSCs.
The DSC Status Page
Navigate to Contact Person → DSC Status in the left sidebar.
The list displays all contact persons with DSC details in a table with the following columns:

| Contact Name | Name of the contact person. Click to open the Edit Contact Person popup. |

| Mobile | Contact person's mobile number |
| DSC Expiry Date | The date the DSC expires |
| DSC Password | The DSC password (visible only to users with the appropriate permission) |
Filters

| Expiring In 7 Days | Show DSCs expiring within the next 7 days | |
| Expiring In 15 Days | Show DSCs expiring within the next 15 days | |
| Expiring In 30 Days | Show DSCs expiring within the next 30 days | |
| DSC Password | All | Show all contact persons |
| Present | Show only those with a DSC Password entered | |
| Not Present | Show only those without a DSC Password |
Search — Search by Name, Email, or Mobile.
Export
Click Export to download the current DSC status list as an Excel file.
Automated DSC Reminders
The system automatically sends reminder emails to the registered workspace email address every Thursday. The reminders cover:
- DSCs that have already expired
- DSCs that are soon to expire
This ensures your team is always aware of upcoming DSC renewals without having to check this page manually.
Pagination
The list is paginated. Use the controls at the bottom to navigate:
- Results per page — choose 10, 25, 50, or 100
- Page No. — enter a specific page number and click Go to Page
- Prev / Next — navigate one page at a time
