Reports


What This Does

The Attendance Report page lets you generate and view attendance reports for all users or a specific user. Reports show attendance status, check-in/check-out times, holidays, and weekly offs. Results can be exported to Excel.


Generating a Report

  1. Select a Report Type:
Report TypeDescription
MonthShows attendance for a full calendar month
WeekShows attendance for a specific week
Custom RangeShows attendance for a custom date range
  1. Select the Month & Year (or date range for Week/Custom Range).
  2. Select a User — All Users or a specific team member.
  3. Click Generate Report.

Daily Report Tab

Shows a day-by-day breakdown of attendance for all users in a grid format.

ColumnDescription
DateEach row is one date, with the day name shown below
User columnsOne column per user — shows their status badge for that day

Status badges: Present (green), Absent (red), Half-Day (orange), Late (yellow), On Leave (purple), Holiday (blue)


Summary Tab

Shows a summary card per user with total counts for the selected period.

Each user card displays:

Exporting

Click Export to Excel (top right of the report) to download the full report as an Excel file.
