Bulk Messages — Logs
What This Does
The Logs page shows a history of all bulk messages sent manually from the Send page. Each log entry represents one send batch and shows delivery statistics for every client in that batch.
The Logs List
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client Name | All clients included in that send batch |
| Message | Preview of the message content sent |
| Total | Total number of contacts targeted |
| Pending | Messages not yet processed |
| Queued | Messages queued for sending |
| Sent | Successfully delivered messages |
| Failed | Messages that failed to send |
| Invalid | Invalid numbers or addresses |
| Date | Date and time the batch was sent |
| Actions | View detailed report |
Pagination — 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page.
Viewing a Detailed Report
Click the Actions (⋯) button on any log entry to open the Message Sent Report for that batch.
The report shows a per-contact breakdown:

| Clients | Client name |
| Contact Person | Name of the contact person who received the message |
| Mobile Number | Mobile number the message was sent to |
| Status | Sent / Failed / Invalid |
| Sent Date | Exact date and time of delivery |
| Actions | Additional actions per row |
