Bulk Messages — Logs


What This Does

The Logs page shows a history of all bulk messages sent manually from the Send page. Each log entry represents one send batch and shows delivery statistics for every client in that batch.


The Logs List

ColumnDescription
Client NameAll clients included in that send batch
MessagePreview of the message content sent
TotalTotal number of contacts targeted
PendingMessages not yet processed
QueuedMessages queued for sending
SentSuccessfully delivered messages
FailedMessages that failed to send
InvalidInvalid numbers or addresses
DateDate and time the batch was sent
ActionsView detailed report

Pagination — 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page.


Viewing a Detailed Report

Click the Actions (⋯) button on any log entry to open the Message Sent Report for that batch.

The report shows a per-contact breakdown:

Click Back to return to the Logs list.
