Invoices
What This Does
The Invoices page shows all invoices created through FINEXO PMS. Invoices are created from the Tracking & Billing page (Finexo Books mode) and are stored in Finexo Books. This page lets you view, manage, and download them.
Invoices created through FINEXO PMS can only be edited through FINEXO PMS — not directly in Finexo Books.
This page is visible in both modes but new invoices can only be created when Finexo Books mode is active.
The Page
Filter
| Filter | Description |

| Filter by Organisation | Filter invoices by Finexo Books organisation — defaults to All Organisations |
Invoices Table
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Client/Group Name | Client or group the invoice belongs to, with Client/Group badge |
| Invoice Number | Unique invoice number (e.g. INV/26-27/0004, VAS/0013/26-27) |
| Invoice Date | Date the invoice was created |
| Amount | Invoice total amount |
| Organisation | Finexo Books organisation the invoice was created in |
| Tasks | Number of tasks linked to this invoice — click to expand and view task details |
| View on Finexo Books | Click View to open the invoice directly in Finexo Books |
| Actions | ⋯ menu — Edit, Download PDF, Delete |
Pagination: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 records per page.
Expanding Task Details
Click the Tasks number on any invoice row to expand and view the tasks linked to that invoice:

| Task ID | Unique task identifier |
| File No – Client – Trade Name | Client the task belongs to |
| Task | Task type name |
| Period | Task period |
| Status | Current task status (changeable inline) |
| Due Date | Task due date |
| Other Users | Managing users assigned to the task |
| 💬 | Comment count |
If no tasks are linked: "No tasks linked to this invoice."
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Edit | Edit the invoice details — only available for invoices created through PMS |
| Download PDF | Downloads the invoice as a PDF file |
| Delete | Permanently deletes the invoice |
| View on Finexo Books | Opens the invoice in Finexo Books |
| Filter by Organisation | Narrows the list to a specific Finexo Books organisation |
