Kept At


What This Does

The Kept At page lets you define storage locations where physical documents (Hard Copy, Type = IN) are kept after being received from clients. Examples might include your office cabinet, a specific drawer, a client file rack, or an off-site storage location.


The Kept At List

When no locations have been added yet, the page shows an empty state: "No Categories Entry — Get started by adding a new KeptAt."

Once added, locations appear in a list with:

Adding a Kept At Location

  1. Click + Add KeptAt.
  2. Enter the Name of the location.
  3. Click Save.

The location is now available in the Kept At dropdown when creating a Register In Out entry with Type = IN.
