Register In Out — List


What This Does

The Register In Out module lets you track physical and digital documents exchanged with clients — both documents received from clients (In) and documents handed over to clients (Out). Each entry records what document moved, how it moved, who handled it, and whether any follow-up action is required.


Before You Start

  • Documents and Kept At locations must be configured under Register In Out → Document and Register In Out → Kept At before creating entries.
  • You need permission to create Register In Out entries.

The List Page

The list displays all document movement entries across all clients.

Adding an Entry

  1. Click + Add Register In Out.
  2. Fill in the form — fields change based on the Type selected.

Searching & Filtering

Click the Search button to open the search panel. Available filters:

Click Search to apply or Remove Search to clear all filters.


Actions

Exporting

Click Export to download the full list as an Excel file with all entry details.


Pagination

The list is paginated. Select 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page using the dropdown at the bottom.


What Happens Next

After adding an entry, it appears in the list. If Further Action Required is set to Yes, the entry serves as a reminder that a follow-up is pending for that document.
