Notification
What This Does
The Notification Settings page lets each user control how and where they receive notifications — inside the app, via push notifications, or via email.
Notification Channels
Each notification category can be enabled or disabled independently across three channels:

| In-App | Notifications shown inside the FINEXO PMS application |
| Push | Browser or device push notifications sent immediately |
| Email digest sent every 30 minutes from 9:45 AM to 9:45 PM |
Note: Email notifications are sent as a summary every 30 minutes (9:45 AM to 9:45 PM), covering all notifications received in that time frame. Push notifications are sent immediately.
Notification Categories
| Category | Description |
|---|---|
| Tasks | Notifications for task assignments, status changes, due dates, comments, and other task activity |
| Clients and Contact Persons | Notifications related to client and contact person changes |
| Settings | Notifications related to settings changes in the workspace |
Enabling Push Notifications
Click Enable push notifications (top right) to allow browser/device push notifications. This must be enabled once per browser or device.
