What This Does
Tags are labels that can be assigned to clients and task types to link them together. They act as a mediator — when a tag is assigned to both a client and a task type, the software knows that task applies to that client and will create recurring tasks accordingly.
How Tags Work as a Mediator
- Create a tag (e.g. "Accounting")
- Assign the tag to the task type under Settings → Tasks
- Assign the same tag to each client who needs that task
- The software matches clients and task types with the same tag and creates recurring tasks for those clients automatically
Alternative: Instead of using tags, you can go directly to the client's Tasks Applicable tab and enable the task manually for that client.
