Clients - attachments

What this does

The Attachments page gives you a centralised view of all documents uploaded to client profiles across all your clients in one place. You can filter, download, verify, and manage the visibility of attachments without having to open each client profile individually.

Note: FINEXO PMS has two separate attachment sections:

  • Clients → Attachments (this page) — shows only documents attached to client profiles
  • Tasks Attachments — shows documents attached to tasks

Clients can upload documents to both their profile and to tasks (via the client portal or WhatsApp), but this page only displays client-level attachments.


Before You Start

  • Files can only be uploaded from an individual client's profile page under the Attachments tab. This page is for viewing and managing existing attachments only.
  • To upload files, navigate to the client's profile. See Add a Client for details on uploading attachments.

The Attachment List

Navigate to ClientsAttachments in the left sidebar.

The list displays all attachments across all clients in a table with the following columns:

NameFile name (truncated if long). Click to open and preview the file.
SizeFile size in KB or MB
Storage TypeWhere the file is stored — Google Drive (shows the associated Google account email as a tag) or Server (stored on Finexo server)
Client NameThe client this file belongs to
Uploaded ByThe team member who uploaded the file (e.g. Admin)
Uploaded OnDate and time of upload
Hide From ClientToggle to show or hide this file from the client portal. Toggling it on immediately hides the file from the client.
Action🗑️ Delete (red) — permanently deletes the file. ⬇️ Download (blue) — downloads the file.

Filters

Click Show Filters (top right) to expand the filter panel. Click Hide Filters to collapse it.

To DateShow files uploaded on or before this date

Click Apply to apply the selected filters. Click Reset to clear all filters.


Verify All Files

Click Verify All Files to check the integrity of all files stored on the Finexo server and confirm they are intact and accessible.


Pagination

The list is paginated. Use the controls at the bottom to navigate:

  • Results per page — choose 10, 25, 50, or 100
  • Page No. — enter a specific page number and click Go to Page
  • Prev / Next — navigate one page at a time

Hide From Client

The Hide From Client toggle on each row controls whether that file is visible to the client in their client portal. Toggling it on immediately hides the file. This is useful for internal documents that should not be shared with the client.


What Happens Next

To view all attachments for a specific client, open their Client Profile and go to the Attachments tab. From there, you can also upload new files.
