Attachment List
What This Does
The Attachment List shows all files attached to tasks across the entire system — uploaded by your team members as well as files submitted by clients via the Client Portal. From here, you can search, filter, preview, download, hide files from clients, or delete them.

| Element | Description |

| Verify All Files | Checks that all files saved to Google Drive still exist and are accessible. When a file is saved, the software automatically creates a folder in the connected Drive — this button verifies nothing is missing. Success message: "Verification Complete — All Google Drive files exist and are accessible." If any file is missing, it can be manually re-saved. |

Filters
| Filter | Description |

| File Name | Search by file name |
| File Type | Filter by file format (e.g. PDF, JPEG, XLSX) |
| File Size | Filter by file size range |
| Uploaded by Client | Filter by upload source — All / Yes (client-uploaded) / No (team-uploaded) |
| From Date | Filter files uploaded from this date |
| To Date | Filter files uploaded up to this date |
Click Apply to run the filter. Click Reset to clear all filters.
Attachment List Table

| Name | File name — click to open the file in a new browser tab |
| Size | File size in KB |
| Storage Type | Where the file is stored — Google Drive (shows connected account email) or Finexo Server. Configured under Settings → Integrations |
| Task | Task the file is attached to |
| Task Period | Period of the associated task (e.g. Apr 26, One Time) |
| File No – Client – Trade | Client the task belongs to |
| Uploaded By | Name of the team member or client who uploaded the file |
| Uploaded On | Date and time the file was uploaded |
| Hide From Client | Toggle ON to hide this file from the client on the Client Portal; toggle OFF to make it visible again |
| Action | Delete (🗑 red) and Download (⬇ blue) buttons |
Pagination: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 records per page. Use Prev / Next or Go to Page to navigate.
Storage Options
Files in FINEXO PMS can be stored in two locations, configured under Settings → Integrations:
| Storage Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Google Drive | Files saved to the connected Google Drive account. The storage type column shows "Google Drive" along with the connected email address. |
| Finexo Server | Files saved directly on the FINEXO platform servers. |
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Click file name | Opens the file in a new browser tab |
| Hide From Client toggle | Controls visibility of the file on the Client Portal |
| Download (⬇) | Downloads the file to your device |
| Delete (🗑) | Permanently deletes the file |
| Show Filters | Expands the filter panel to search/narrow the list |
| Verify All Files | Checks all Google Drive-linked files still exist and are accessible; flags any missing files for manual re-saving |
