Attachment List


What This Does

The Attachment List shows all files attached to tasks across the entire system — uploaded by your team members as well as files submitted by clients via the Client Portal. From here, you can search, filter, preview, download, hide files from clients, or delete them.

ElementDescription
Verify All FilesChecks that all files saved to Google Drive still exist and are accessible. When a file is saved, the software automatically creates a folder in the connected Drive — this button verifies nothing is missing. Success message: "Verification Complete — All Google Drive files exist and are accessible." If any file is missing, it can be manually re-saved.
Show Filters / Hide FiltersToggles the filter panel

Filters

File TypeFilter by file format (e.g. PDF, JPEG, XLSX)
File SizeFilter by file size range
Uploaded by ClientFilter by upload source — All / Yes (client-uploaded) / No (team-uploaded)
From DateFilter files uploaded from this date
To DateFilter files uploaded up to this date

Click Apply to run the filter. Click Reset to clear all filters.


Attachment List Table

SizeFile size in KB
Storage TypeWhere the file is stored — Google Drive (shows connected account email) or Finexo Server. Configured under Settings → Integrations
TaskTask the file is attached to
Task PeriodPeriod of the associated task (e.g. Apr 26, One Time)
File No – Client – TradeClient the task belongs to
Uploaded ByName of the team member or client who uploaded the file
Uploaded OnDate and time the file was uploaded
Hide From ClientToggle ON to hide this file from the client on the Client Portal; toggle OFF to make it visible again
ActionDelete (🗑 red) and Download (⬇ blue) buttons

Pagination: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 records per page. Use Prev / Next or Go to Page to navigate.


Storage Options

Files in FINEXO PMS can be stored in two locations, configured under Settings → Integrations:

Storage OptionDescription
Google DriveFiles saved to the connected Google Drive account. The storage type column shows "Google Drive" along with the connected email address.
Finexo ServerFiles saved directly on the FINEXO platform servers.
