Fees Tracking Reports
What This Does
The Advance Fees Tracking Report shows all tasks with their fees tracking status. Use it to review billing progress, update fees statuses in bulk, and export the data to Excel.
The Page
Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Date of Task Created | Filter by task creation date range (Date From / Date To) |
| Select Client | Filter by specific client — defaults to All |
| Select Fees Tracking Status | Filter by fees status (Not Billed / Billed / Not Billable / Amount Received) — defaults to All |
| Select Task Status | Filter by task status — defaults to Completed |
Click Filter to apply. Click Cancel to collapse the filter panel.
Report Table

| Task ID | Unique task identifier |
| Client | Client name |
| Task | Task type name |
| Task Period | Period the task covers |
| Task Status | Current task status |
| Fees Status | Current fees status — can be changed inline per row |
Pagination: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 records per page.
Changing Fees Status
Inline (single task)
Click the Fees Status dropdown on any row and select a new status.
Bulk (multiple tasks)
- Tick the checkboxes next to the tasks you want to update
- A Select Fees Tracking Status dropdown and Change Status button appear above the table
- Select the new status and click Change Status
Available bulk statuses: Not Billed, Not Billable
Note: Billed status cannot be set via bulk action when Finexo Books mode is active — billing is done through invoice creation in Tracking & Billing. In Receipts & Payment mode, all statuses, including Billed, are available inline.
Export
Click Export to download the current filtered report to Excel.
