Time Tracking : Time Tracking-Report


What This Does

The Active Tracking Report shows time entries for all users across all clients and tasks for a selected date range. Use this to monitor how the team is spending their time.


Generating the Report

  1. Set Date From and Date To.
  2. Click Generate.

Report Table

ColumnDescription
TypeM = Manually tracked, A = Automatically tracked
Client DetailsClient name and contact person
UserTeam member who logged the time
TaskTask the time was logged against (- if Client or Other type)
Start TimeWhen the work started
End TimeWhen the work ended
Total TimeDuration of the entry
CommentNotes about the work performed
ActionEdit Comment or Delete

Total row at the bottom shows the combined time for all entries in the result.

Pagination — up to 50 results per page.

Edit CommentUpdate the comment on a time entry
DeletePermanently remove the time entry

Exporting

Click Export (top right) to download the report as an Excel file.

The Report page shows your own time entries for a selected date range. Unlike the Active Tracking Report, which shows all users, this page shows only the logged-in user's time logs.
