Activity logs Reports


Introduction

The Activity Logs Reports section tracks all changes made to tasks in FINEXO PMS — including additions, updates, and deletions. All reports are accessible from the Reports page under the Activity Logs category.


Your Activity Report

Shows your own activity on tasks for a selected date range.

FilterDescription
Show Report ForTask
Select Change TypeAll / Add / Update / Delete (multi-select)
Date From / Date ToSelect the time period

Columns: Client Details, Task Name, Period, Type (e.g. Status Change, Description Update), From, To, Date, User

Export to Excel available.


User Wise Activity Report

Shows activity on tasks filtered by a specific user or all users.

Client Wise Activity Report

Shows activity on tasks filtered by a specific client or all clients.

Advance Report — Activity Logs

The most comprehensive activity report, combining all available filters in one place.

Tip: Use the Advance Report when you need to audit a specific user's actions on a specific client's tasks within a date range — all in a single report.
