Reports : Time Tracking Reports


Introduction

The Time Tracking Reports section provides detailed insights into time entries logged across your firm — by user, client, or task. All reports are accessible from the Reports page under the Time Tracking category.


Your Time Report

Shows your own time entries for a selected date range.

FilterDescription
Date From / Date ToSelect the time period

Columns: Type (M/A), Client Details, Task, Start Time, End Time, Total Time, Comment, Action (Edit Comment / Delete)

Total row shown at the bottom. Export to Excel available. Paginated — up to 50 entries per page.


Summary Report

Shows a summary of time tracking data grouped by users, clients, and tasks.

Select Month & YearPeriod to report on

"Entries without assigned clients or tasks are shown as 'Without Client' and 'Without Task' respectively."

Three tabs:

Export User Wise button available.


User Wise Time Report

Shows time entries for all users or a specific user.

Export to Excel available.


Client Wise Time Report

Shows time entries filtered by client.

Advance Report — Time Tracking

The most comprehensive time tracking report, combining all available filters in one place.

Tip: Use the Advance Report when you need to cross-filter by both user and client at the same time, or when you want to compare automatic vs manual time entries.
