Fees tracking Report


Introduction

The Fees Tracking Reports section helps you monitor billing status across all tasks — identify unbilled work, update fees status in bulk, and stay on top of outstanding amounts. All reports are accessible from the Reports page under the Fees Tracking category.


Not Billed Tasks Report

Shows all tasks that have not been billed yet, allowing you to review and update their fees status.

Select Task StatusAll / Completed / Ignore Tracking / Not Required / Pending / Pending on Client / custom statuses (multi-select)

Columns: Task ID (clickable), Client, Task, Task Period, Task Status, Fees Status (editable dropdown)

  • Fees Status can be updated directly from this report using the dropdown in each row
  • Checkbox available for bulk selection
  • Export to Excel available

Advance Report — Fees Tracking

The most comprehensive fees tracking report with bulk status update capability.

  • Select multiple tasks using checkboxes
  • Change Fees Tracking Status in bulk for all selected tasks at once
  • Export to Excel available

Tip: Use the Advance Report at the end of each month to bulk-update all completed tasks from "Not Billed" to "Billed" after raising invoices — saving significant manual effort.
